We start by figuring out where your actual customers spend their time. For most small businesses, that's two platforms: usually Instagram and LinkedIn, or Instagram and Facebook, depending on whether you're B2B or B2C. We do not recommend being on TikTok because everyone says to be on TikTok. We recommend it only if your customers are there.
Then we write content in your voice. Not a generic agency voice. Not a watered-down version of you. The actual voice that makes your business different from the other businesses in your category.
Then we post consistently. Three to five times per week, every week. The cadence is the magic. Most agencies fail at this because consistency is unglamorous. We don't.

• Custom photo and video shoots: project-based, $500 to $5,000 depending on scope
What's not included: paid promotion of organic posts (that's part of Social Ads), influencer partnerships, or platform-specific ad spend.
