AI integration

Stop working around software. We build software around you.

Custom AI agents, automations and internal tools that fit how your company already works. Across the whole business, and inside your marketing team.

Built for owners and teams who want results from AI, not another subscription.

The rule of thumb

If you do it more than twice, we can probably automate it.

What does AI integration mean for a small business?

Answer

AI integration means connecting AI models to the tools and data you already use so repetitive work happens automatically and reliably. For most small businesses that means a few targeted systems: lead follow-up, reporting, document handling and internal assistants, built around your process with a human approving anything that matters.

Sound familiar?

Your workflow is probably a mess. It's not your fault.

Most companies are juggling tools that almost fit. Meanwhile everyone has a ChatGPT tab open and nobody agrees on how it should be used.

  • Too many SaaS subscriptions, each doing a fraction of what you need
  • People copying data between systems by hand
  • Processes that live in one person's head
  • Staff pasting customer data into whatever AI tool they found, with no policy

Two audiences, one approach

AI for the whole company, and AI for your marketing team

Company-wide

Operations, sales and service

  • AI agents that handle intake, triage and follow-up
  • Automations that move data between your CRM, inbox and spreadsheets
  • Internal tools and dashboards built for your exact process
  • Reporting that pulls from every system into one view
Marketing department

Content, reporting and leads

  • Content operations with brand-voice guardrails and human review
  • Automated campaign reporting in plain English
  • Lead follow-up that responds in minutes, not days
  • Research workflows, team training and an AI usage policy

What we build

Five ways we put AI to work

Start with one. Most clients do.

  1. Company-wide

    AI agents

Custom agents that take on multi-step work: qualifying leads, triaging support, preparing documents, chasing follow-ups.

  2. Marketing

    Marketing automation

AI inside the marketing department: content ops, reporting, lead follow-up and research, with brand-safe workflows.

  3. Company-wide

    Custom internal tools

Dashboards, trackers, integrations and data pipelines built around how you actually work.

  4. Start here

    AI workflow audit

We map your workflows and show you exactly what's worth automating, what isn't, and in what order.

  5. Both

    AI training for teams

Practical training, an AI usage policy, and safe adoption so your people use AI well instead of quietly.

Real examples

Things we can automate

Not science projects. Boring, valuable work that eats hours every week.

  • Lead capture and follow-up

Every inquiry enriched, scored, answered and routed within minutes, with a person approving anything sensitive.

  • Support triage

Incoming requests categorized, drafted and sent to the right person with the context they need.

  • Reporting dashboards

Numbers from your CRM, ads, analytics and accounting pulled into one view and summarized weekly.

  • Meeting to action

Calls turned into notes, tasks and follow-up emails in the tools you already use.

  • Content operations

Briefs, first drafts, repurposing and approvals run through a workflow that keeps your voice and facts straight.

  • Research and decisions

Competitor, market and vendor research gathered and structured so you decide faster.

The point

You don't need another platform. You need something built for you.

How it works

From messy workflow to working system

We map before we build. Automating a broken process just breaks it faster.

  1. Audit

We map your workflows, find the bottlenecks and rank automation opportunities by value and risk.

  2. Design

We design the system around your process: what the AI does, what people approve, and what happens when something goes wrong.

  3. Build

We build and connect the agents, automations and tools, using the platforms you already pay for where possible.

  4. Launch

Your team starts using it with training, documentation and a clear owner.

  5. Improve

Optional ongoing support: we monitor, fix and expand the system as your business changes.

Works with

We build on the tools you already use

We pick models and platforms per job, not per partnership. If you already pay for it, we'll try to use it.

  • Claude

Long documents, careful writing and agentic workflows.

  • ChatGPT

General assistance, custom GPTs and team workspaces.

  • Gemini

Google Workspace-native teams and Google data.

  • Cursor

Fast, maintainable builds for custom internal tools.

  • Perplexity

Sourced research with citations you can check.

  • Copilot

Microsoft 365 teams living in Outlook, Teams and Excel.

  • Zapier

Connecting thousands of apps without custom code.

Your call

Choose how hands-on you want to be

  1. DIY with guidance

We audit your workflows and hand you a plan and tool recommendations your team can run with.

  2. Consulting

We advise on tools, architecture, policy and vendors while your team builds.

  3. Collaborative

We build the core system alongside your people so they can own and extend it.

  4. Done for you

We design, build, launch and maintain it. Ongoing support after launch if you want it.

AI integration questions

Do I need a big team or a tech department?

Answer

No. We build systems for small teams and individual professionals as well as larger companies. Many clients have no technical staff at all.

Is a custom system better than buying SaaS?

Answer

Different. SaaS is built for the average customer. A custom system is built for your workflow. Often the answer is both: we connect the SaaS you already have and fill the gaps with something custom.

Is it safe to put our data into AI tools?

Answer

It can be, with the right setup: business-tier accounts that don't train on your data, access limited to what each workflow needs, and a written policy for staff. We design for that from the start.

Will AI replace my staff?

Answer

That's not what we build for. The aim is to take repetitive work off your team's plate so they spend time on customers and judgment calls. Anything sensitive keeps a person in the loop.

Do you maintain what you build?

Answer

Yes. We offer ongoing support and improvements, or we document everything and train your team to own it.

How much does it cost?

Answer

It depends on how many workflows, how many systems need connecting, and whether you want ongoing support. We'll scope it on a free call after a quick look at your process.

Next step

Let's build something that actually saves you time

Start with an AI workflow audit. We'll show you what's worth automating, what isn't, and what to do first.
