Social media
Social media management that sounds like your business
Strategy, content, posting and reporting. On two or three platforms, done consistently. Not five platforms posted sporadically. Your audience can tell the difference. So can the algorithm.
Short starting commitment, then month to month. Reports a non-marketer can read.
What does social media management include?
Social media management covers choosing the right platforms, planning a content calendar, writing and designing posts in your brand's voice, scheduling and publishing them consistently, tracking what performs, and reporting on results. Optional community management adds replies to comments and direct messages. The goal is steady visibility that turns into traffic and leads.
The usual problem
Why most small business social media is invisible
Most small businesses we audit are doing two things wrong. The algorithm reads inconsistency as low quality. The audience reads genericness as forgettable.
- Posting on five or six platforms, inconsistently on all of them.
- Content generic enough that any business in your category could have posted it.
- Posts that get 12 likes, mostly from the owner's mom.
- Engagement that never turns into a single lead.
- The vague sense that social media just doesn't work for your business.
Social media works. It just doesn't work the way most agencies sell it.
Our approach
Consistent presence. Content that sounds like you.
Three decisions do most of the work.
Fewer platforms
We find where your customers actually spend their time. For most small businesses that's two platforms, usually Instagram and LinkedIn or Instagram and Facebook. We don't recommend TikTok because everyone says to. Only if your customers are there.
Your voice
Not a generic agency voice. Not a watered-down version of you. The actual voice that makes your business different from everyone else in your category.
Relentless consistency
Three to five posts a week, every week. The cadence is the magic. Most agencies fail at this because consistency is unglamorous. We don't miss weeks.

Social media management questions
How much does social media management cost?
It depends on how many posts per month you need, whether community management is included, and whether you want reels, video or custom photo shoots. We scope it on a free call. For general cost context, read our post on what a marketing agency costs for a small business.
Which social media platforms should my business be on?
The two or three where your customers actually spend time. For most small businesses that's Instagram plus either LinkedIn (B2B) or Facebook (B2C). We'll tell you which ones to skip, including TikTok if your customers aren't there.
How often should a small business post on social media?
Three to five times per week on each platform you choose, every week. Consistency matters more than volume. A steady cadence on two platforms beats sporadic posts on six.
Do you boost posts or run social ads?
Not as part of social media management. Paid promotion and platform ad spend sit under our paid social service, so organic and paid each get the attention they need.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Social media management starts with a short commitment, typically three to six months, because consistency takes that long to show in results. After that it's month to month.
How do you measure social media success?
We track reach, saves, shares and follower growth, but we care most about what social drives: website visits, inquiries and leads. Monthly reports explain what's working and what we're changing, in plain English.
